RE: Excessive lateness

I have been informed by your supervisor and colleagues that you have been consistently coming to work late, between [Minimum arrival time] - [Maximum arrival time]. As you know, the company commences business at [Normal arrival time] a.m. each morning and all employees are expected to report to work by that time.

While fifteen minutes may not seem material, it adds up to more than an hour a week, or fifty-two hours a year; you can begin to see the problem as it is equivalent to more than one weeks pay. Furthermore, it is negatively affecting company morale and is generating much ill-feelings and complaints from your co-workers who come to work promptly.

This is a written warning. If your attendance does not improve, further action will become necessary.
